  1. Project D: Update Policies/Procedures                           3-Apr-1989

  3.  ** ALL PROJECT-D UPDATES WILL BE PROCESSED BY FULLER COMPUTER SYSTEMS **
  4.  ** EXCLUSIVELY.  NO STORE, DISTRIBUTOR, OR PERSON HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED **
  5.  ** TO UPDATE YOU AT THIS TIME.                                        **

  7. Parameter Upgrades for the BackupTool will be available quarterly.  You
  8. are required to RETURN YOUR ORIGINAL Project D disk with your upgrade
  9. request.  There is a charge of $7.50 ($10.00 outside U.S. or Canada)
  10. for processing each parameter upgrade.  Payment must accompany the 
  11. request and all REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY REGISTERED owners of
  12. Project D.  Payment must be by check drawn on U.S. funds through a
  13. US bank or by a money order in US funds payable to Fuller Computer
  14. Systems, Inc.  CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

  20. WARNING:  You should be aware that your Project D disk may be
  21. destructively copied which means any files you add or changes to the
  22. original disk may be destroyed.  The parameter upgrade will be accumlative
  23. with all prior titles remaining, enhancements of older titles, and the
  24. new titles added.  PLEASE MAKE A COPY OF PROJECT D BEFORE SENDING US
  25. YOUR ORIGINAL DISK.  We will replace original disk for registered owners
  26. within 10 days of purchase with the disk, original registration, and
  27. the original receipt for no additional charge.  Damaged disks discovered
  28. in upgrading will be replaced for $2.00 and your original disk returned.  
  29. Other replacements will be honored for a $5.00 fee (Parameter will be 
  30. dated as of last upgrade).  WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE INCURRED
  31. IN TRANSPORTING, STORING OR HANDLING.  If you want guaranteed delivery, 
  32. please specify and include either the means or the funds to comply with
  33. your request.
